They aren’t that big yet but I bet they are tasty. If they get to big they get gross.

I prefer the taste when they are larger. This kind has sour/bitter taste when small.

Yeah but if they get zucchini sized the middle gets all mushy and seedy.

What else did you plant? I just picked my first tomato, and have two peppers almost ready. No comparo between the homegrown and store bought stuff.

Tomatoes and carrots, but some disease got them so most died. Also lettuce, kale, & rhubarb.

My daughters garden has produced a few dozen cucumbers so far, as well as several decent sized zucchini. We’re now getting some eggplant, and tomatoes will be ready in a few days to a week. So, many, tomatoes. Next up are cantaloupe and squash. Beans have been pretty good as well, although only one plant really has been producing.

Tomatoes & Carrots got a disease, most of them died. They were doing really good. I always have good luck with Cucumbers.

Nice! We just ate the first few from our garden as well. They were small when we left for a short vacation (just a few days). When we got back, they were huge!

If you let them get too big, peel them and turn them into relish. Two years ago we had some that were almost football size, but they still made amazing relish.
